now were cooking

hand still hurts, not much knitting for me today. :(

instead I've been cuddling the kitty and doggy and baking!

the recipes are simple quick and turn out soooo goood!!!

today I made apricot almond muffins, I'd made the cranberry orange last week (omg, to die for yummy!) and several times have made the macaroons (although I always need to double the whites)

I really suggest everybody and their mother go out and get this book, I haven't been disappointed yet.
